What does the "B" stand for on playing cards ?
For K, Q, and J , it's ok but B ?
Is it common to find "B" instead of "J" ?

Gary I just see your last comment now. They have KDB.

Thank you all for your comments. I understand now. The cards were sold in a place where they sell sweets which look like bears.

Do they actually have KQJ and B? or KDB?

I haven't either, those are definitely not English cards.

Me neither. It can't be an English language set of playing cards. The non-number playing cards are Jack, Queen, King and Ace. And then you have jokers. Nothing beginning with 'b.'
