No. I can't ask that from you = I can't ask you to do "that" or I can't ask you to give me that I can't ask you that = I can't ask you that question, likely because it's too personal I can't ask you for that = I can't ask you to give me that or do that So 1 and 3 can be the same, but also different.

Hi, 1. I can't ask for that from you. 2. I can't ask you that. 3. I can't ask you for that. They are all basically the same. They all mean that it is not comfortable or possible for me to make the request. You will hear the second or the third one more often than the first one. The first is the most formal and least heard.
