Is this how you write "Ski Lift Ticket" in Japanese? In other words, would this mean "Day Pass Lift Ticket" for when a person goes skiing?

リフト券 or スキーリフト券 are the common way to say it. It does not necessarly mean "day pass lift ticket" Normally, there are 半日券(shorter hours than one day pass), 一日券(one day pass),二日券(2days pass).
