What does "have a short window" this phrase mean?
As it in "We'll have a short window in frankfurt, so we have to really hustle" and "Most developing countries have a short window of opportunity to get this right before their record numbers of youth become middle-aged, and they lose their demographic dividend." ?

"A short window" means a short period of time for an event to occur. The idea is that the "window" will close soon and the opportunity will be lost so you must take action quickly.
