Few Chinese would have ever heard about it. It has not much literary value, and is a supernatural Evil-spirit novel based on the true story of Zheng He, a Chinese hero who sailed 7 times to the west in the 15th centry to introduce the Ming Dynasty to the world. The novel aims to inspire the whole Ming Empire to fight against the serious problem of Japanese pirates. So, this sentence in most cases doesn't actually add to the literary grace, and is not easily understood. In other words, you are not recommended to use it in everyday life or your articles. Maybe you would only use it when you are making a joke with someone who has a good Chinese Education or writing a novel with a special character. This sentence uses the rhetoric devices of hyperbole. “千推万推，没有一推 ” It means I could refuse others for thousands of times, but would never ever refuse you. “千顺万顺，只是一顺” I show all my obedience, there is only one answer to you demands——"Yes".
