'Deliberately', 'Consciously', 'Intentionally', 'On purpose' and 'Purposely'. Any difference?
Are they interchangeable? If not, would someone please tell me the difference between them?
For example:
- I have written these words deliberately.
- I have written these words consciously.
- I have written these words intentionally.
- I have written these words on purpose.
- I have written these words purposely.
Thank you in advance.

Yes, I think these adverbs are all synonyms, see also http://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/deliberately and http://www.merriam-webster.com/thesaurus/intentionally confirming that.

Yes as maho said these can be used interchangeably. Deliberately and on purpose are more natural and common to use. Intentionally is sometimes used as well.
