Well, honestly the best way to improve your speaking is to practice speaking. That's what really helped me when I was learning Spanish. Having conversations with native speakers to help with pronunciations and word choices. Watching movies and cartoons and repeating what the characters said out loud. Listening to music and attempting to sing along after looking up the lyrics. The more you practice, the easier it will become. Hope that helps! :)

I have recently heard about a method called, Shadowing. you can search about it on internet. generally its about repeating someone's speech simultaneously. like you are listening to a news channel or an audio script and you repeat every thing the other guy says. like when children sometimes bothers adults by repeating every thing they say. its a little challenging and not very easy. you can search about it on internet. I can suggest other things as well like working on books such as English collocation in use and try using the phrases in them in your speech with your English language partners. you should have a look on this book to know what I'm talking about.

In addition to what Shun said, you should try to get some feedback. Perhaps you can find someone to practise with on italki. If you can't find anyone to give you feedback, you could record yourself and compare to a native speaker's pronunciation.

Everybody's right but there's something left to say that I must add to make it clear. Whatever you do in order to learn a language is going halfway through unless you practice anything you learn with someone regularly. I think you need to have a permanent language exchange partner, Somebody who you can meet regularly as a friend. Do you think you have that person? If not, I seriously suggest you to find one.
