How do you say, "I will help you learn in English and you help me learn Italian" in Italian?
There is a native Italian speaker that recently moved to my town and I would like for him to help me get better. He is a pretty cool guy, only problem is he barely speaks English and wants to learn. I want to be able to say this to him so that maybe we can help each other out.

a) Io ti aiuto a imparare l'inglese e tu mi aiuti a imparare l'italiano.
b) Io ti aiuto a imparare l'inglese e tu mi aiuti con l'italiano.
The translation you asked for is (a), but I prefer sentence (b) as it is less redundant.

I agree with Andrew; you could also say
"Io ti aiuterò con l'inglese e tu mi aiuterai con l'italiano" it is a future tense, maybe more like what you intended.
