what does 'full quater' mean in "furnish financial statements for last full quater" Hi friends, what does 'full quater' mean in "furnish complete financial statements for last full quater and prior two years"? Thank you

It should be spelled "quarter" and it means a period of three consecutive months, or 89 days (356 days divided by 4). A financial quarter does not have to begin on the first of a month, businesses have their own rules about when their own financial quarters begin. A "full quarter" means all 89 days of that period, not just part of it.

In this context, we are talking about a quarter if a year, ie. the previous three months. The financial statements must cover all three months to count as "a full quarter".
