”时候“ 与英文里的“ When”比较像，“时间”与英文中的“Time"比较像。
比如说：When do you have time to study?= 你什么时候有时间学习？
时候的用法：春天来临的时候、年轻的时候、小时候
时间的用法：你现在有时间吗、这段时间、时间过得真快啊
