داری رو هوا چکش میزنی یعنی داری کار بیهوده و بیخودی انجام میدی. چیزی گیرت نمیاد از این کار.= it's in vain
زر نزن یعنی حرف چرت و پرت و بیخودی نزن.= don't talk nonsense

داری رو هوا چکش میزنی رو من زیاد نشنیدم. آب در هاون کوبیدن بیشتر استفاده میشه. . برای استفاده میگی : داری آب تو هاون میکوبی
