明朗就是清晰、能看得清楚。不明朗就是看不清楚。
建议不要用英语来学中文。踢足球不需要用打水球的方法。

明朗，是指光线充足，可以看清楚环境。“前景不明朗”是指还看不清楚未来的发展，也就是 prospect is not clear.
