'I learn to play the violin from my music teacher'? This is pretty close. I would say "I am learning to play violin from my music teacher." or "I learned to play the violin from my music teacher."

It is correct grammatically, but in most contexts, you want a continuous construction: "I am learning to play the violin from my music teacher". That structure emphasises the learning process. If the teacher is the important element, consider reversing this to become: "My music teacher is teaching me to play the violin".

"Everyday for an hour I practice playing the piano / the violin with my music teacher "
