Is it correct and natural to use got instead of have got?

In the USA you can say:
"I've got a lot on my mind"
It is a common expression.

It is not correct English, but you will hear some native English speakers say it. The use of "got" instead of "have got" is very very informal, and generally only spoken. It is slang.
