Is my sentence true grammatically? "Luck has nothing to do with success, even if it has ......." is it right to say "even if it has ..." regardless of the continuation.

(In your question, you should use the word "correct:" not "true." "Is my sentence correct grammatically?") I think it is correct, but I won't be sure until I can see the rest of the sentence. I can't actually think of a way to complete that sentence that makes logical sense to me! Here is an example of a similar pattern that is grammatically correct. "Politician X has no possibility of winning the election, even if he has raised more money than any of his opponents."
