Is anyway and anyways the same?
For example can I say, I will go to the supermarket anyway(s).

Someone from the UK would likely tell you that 'anyways' is never correct and you shouldn't ever use it, even in informal situations. Myself, I don't like this word, and if you were living in the UK I would definitely advise you not to use it.
But I don't want to be dogmatic and I know this word is used in the United States. And your profile says you are living in the US, so this case my personal view may not be so relevant to you. This link seemed pretty good in outlying the situations in which it is appropriate to use 'anyways.'

Anyways is informal. Perhaps not good to use it in an examination setting.
