The definition of punk as a verb
I came across this definition of "punk" as a verb "punk (principal verb, present simple) to play a joke or prank someone. Is it correct. Could you give me an example of a sentence where punk is a verb. What does it mean "principal verb"?

"I'm gonna punk my friend, it's gonna be hilarious!"
I don't think that verb is very commonly used. That word became popular years ago when a TV show came out called "Punked" where they would play jokes on celebrities.

You can search for "was punked" (with quotation marks) and you'll find plenty of examples which show the "practical joke" meaning.
