To refer about a pain, how can I say?
- I'm with a pain on my foot or I'm with a pain in my foot
Both are wrong?
Please, could someone explain it for me and give me some more exemples?
Thank you so much.

Ines and Moon have good answers. I will add a little extra.
"Pain" is best used as a noun. Pain is always IN the body, rarely or never ON the body.
Other ways to express: My foot is in pain. I have some foot pain. There is a pain IN my foot (not ON my foot as Moon said).

You don't use 'I'm with', instead use 'I have'
I have a pain on my foot.
I have a foot ache
Like Ines wrote, 'my foot aches' or 'my foot hurts' can be used as well.
