私たちのあたらしい家ようこそ is fine translation. You can also say 新居(しんきょ) instead of あたらしいいえ
but since the perfect answer was posted already below I assume its better to just post it in the comments section:)

あたらしい　わがや　へ　ようこそ　is cooler　　　（新しい我が家へようこそ）

anyway わたしたちのあたらしいいえへようこそ　de Ok desu（it makes sense enough).
