Ok, so I'm not Japanese myself but my wife is and she teaches me a lot of things.
I could be wrong to an extent so please forgive me if I am.
I was taught to say or text this: まだ、返事をもらってないです(mada, henji o moratteinaidesu)
The nuance translates to: I have no reply from you yet.
There is another really useful phrase you can remember. This is for when you are texting someone and it reads on your application that they read the message but they didn't reply to your messages yet.
In this situation, you could say: 既読スルーされた
The nuance here translates to something like: I read through (the app says read through but the person didn't reply).
