Veran yo estaba hablando con alguien de Estados Unidos ,le hice una pregunta y respondio "Oi"

You can also say "Oi!" when you are angry with somebody. "Hey" can be the same or "hey" can just be "Hi".

"Oi" in Britian is like saying "hey!" to get someone's attention.
"Oi vey" or "Oy vey" is Yiddish. It means something similar to "oh my goodness" or "oh my".
