Hello.
I was wondering how we should modify two verbs that come after the preposition "for" in this sentence pattern:
Thank you for (to keep)(to struggle).
Is this the right way to modify those verbs?:
Thank you for keeping struggling. (It sounds a bit weird to me.)
I normally encounter this pattern with just one verb like "Thank you for supporting me."
Thank you for your help :)

It sounds weird to me too. The -ing -ing gerund combination usually sounds bad and so it's better to reformulate the sentence e.g.
"Thank you for keeping up the struggle."
"Thank you for keeping the struggle going."
"Thank you for keeping on with the struggle."

"Thank you for keeping struggling." is not correct, but I am not sure what the meaning of the sentence should be?
I first thought: "Thank you to keep on struggling" (but that sounds or seems rather weird). I agree with what Michael Chambers said in his message and I assume his sentences are what you wanted to say with your sentence.

I wouldn't use those two words together. If I were to do so, I think it would end up:
Thank you for keeping on struggling.
But I'd probably go with
Thank you for continuing to struggle
