If you mean to "take care" the correct word is caution.. I have never heard of the other word

Hey! "Cotion" isn't an English word! "Caution" means "alertness" and "carefullness", and that's the word you're most likely to be looking for. Keep in mind that people can actually edit the words on Google Translate so they're not always correct. Also, I'm not a native speaker like Joseph above, but I've studied English for 7 years. The best of luck on your learning journey! :)

If you're not sure, you can always double-check with a dictionary. Don't rely on only the translator. As Dimitra has pointed out, not all translations are accurate if you use Google Translate because it can depend on the person who edited the translation. I've had to re-translate and edit certain words while using that site as well.
Your dictionary won't give you any definition for "cotion" - that word doesn't exist. :)
