Hi ! This is a common mistake that even French native people do, but you can't say "malgré que". The right conjunction is only "malgré" + noun or "malgré le fait que" + verbe (subjonctive). Example : Malgré son jeune âge il est déjà très mature. / Malgré le fait qu'il soit jeune, il est déjà très mature. The translation in English would "in spite of" or "despite". Bien que = although Sauf (que) = except / except that. I hope this will help :)
