I would say "being taken advantage of". For example, when 揩油 is used in a scenario whereby a girl is suddenly hugged by an unknown guy who is doing it intentionally, we can say that she is being taken advantage of. I wouldn't use the word "molest" as it carries too strong a meaning. Any comments from anyone?
