What do "saur"," dinoscovery","disconsorting"and" reasaurus"mean?
Elliot is probably glad he saur (ph) it was a sight for sore eyes. He might have been sort of missed it. Any dinoscovery makes the imagination soar. And if by instinct, you find it a little disconsorting to think of something saur monstrous, the fact that it`s extinct provides a little reasaurus.
What do "saur"," dinoscovery","disconsorting"and" reasaurus"mean?I don't even know that they are English words!!Could you please help me? Thanks so much!!

I'm not sure where you found this really weird text, but basically they're puns. Dinosaurs are the topic of the piece, I assume, and so the author has tried to insert the word 'saur' (from dinoSAUR) into other words which have similar sounds:
the first one, "saur" = "saw" as in the past tense of 'to see'
dinoscovery = discovery of a dinosaur, I assume!
disconsorting = "disconcerting" (it's weird to use it here, because he didn't even use the spelling of 'saur'!
saur monstrous = "so monstrous"
reasaurus = "reassurance"
Honestly this is not a very well-written piece!

These aren't real words. The writer is indulging in word-play - jokes about the word 'dinosaur'. It's all very silly and won't help you learn English at all. Ignore it and find something more worthwhile to read!
