Hello Anastasia.
After the verb ''consider'' you can use:
-ing form
- They are considering selling the house.
- I am considering applying for the job.
a noun/a noun phrase
- I'm considering the various possibilities.
- Have you ever considered a career in the police force?
question word
- If you consider how long he's been learning the piano, he's not very good.
object + (to be) + noun/adjective
- We don't consider her to be right for the job.
- He is considered (to be) the best British athlete.
passive + object + to infinitive
- It is considered bad manners in some cultures to speak with your mouth full of food.
You can also use ''that'' after consider.
I hope this will help :)

"Consider" is a transitive verb ("consider what?"), so if you use another verb after "consider", you need it in gerund form: (verb)+ing.
