It should be 휴가를 내요 (take a vacation; take time off). 내다 has many meanings, most of them related to "take/have something out" (화를 내다, 돈을 내다, 속도를 내다, ...). ㄴ coming after ㄹ as in the middle part of 휴가를 내요 is pronounced like ㄹ because of the interference effect. So at normal speed, it will sound like /휴가를 래요/.
