The requirement says “Also include a certified copy of your birth certificate, national identity card or driver licence where you have these.”

Does it mean, among the birth certificate, national identity card and driver licence, providing one of them is enough?

Also note the importance of it being a certified copy. It cannot just be a photocopy without being certified by a person of relevant authority in your country. Here in New Zealand, this is often done by a lawyer or a Justice of the Peace.

They want whatever you have to verify your identity.  The more you give them, the better your chances of being approved.
