I have some english books to read. In my opinion to read and to say what I have been reading, help a lot in too much things, Do you think it helps me and I can to continue like this, or have other advice?

The answer to your question:  Yes,  Wilson, reading books in English and also watching movies or TV shows in English will absolutely help you improve your English and "enable" you to participate in English conversations. Some of my best students have told me they learned English from the American TV show "Friends."
