从这些含义来说，都不适用这个句子，所以，我觉得是用错了字，其实就应该是“念”字，“念了医科”，就是学习了医科的意思，我们把上学读书又叫“念书”，上大学，也可以说成“读大学”、“念大学”。当然学习某个专业就可以叫“念某个专业”。
