Help! I am kind of confused about members of the sentence. "Tax reductions are beneficial to those who live on a tight buget." In the sentence, the book's explanation tells that the part "to those" is a object to the part"beneficial". I don't understand what it means. Could you help me understand it more easily?

"those" = "those people" If something is beneficial, then there is movement of a benefit from one place or person to another place or person. And so we generally use the preposition "to" after the adjective "beneficial".
