Is the word "headache" uncountable?
Hello!
If it so then why do people use article "a" before it?
e.g. "I've got a headache", or backache??? We can't count our heads cause we have only one head, back etc.

In the US, you can say "I have a headache" OR you could say "I have had headaches every day for a month!" or "I get headaches every day"
Yes, you only have one head, but "headache" can be plural if you are talking about having one multiple times.

In GB you wouldn't use "a" but America does because there it's countable ^^
