What I use generally are the books that I download from torrents’ search engines; there you'll find a plenty of books. For example enter : http://www.mininova.org/ , and use keywords such : speak English; English course, English audio-books ...etc. And if you want something methodical; I advise you to buy the "Interchange" books from " Cambridge University Press". @2moro: Audio-books are a good method to improve the spoken English for a beginner. This way, both of the orthography and the pronunciation are acquired.

i don't think reading book is good way to improve ur oral english, just make dialogue with others in english is the best way.
