1. 他已经辞职，接着就要到中国留学。
2. 他已经辞掉工作，接着就要到中国留学。

辞职工作，是有问题的说法，辞职的职就是工作的意思，也就是辞去工作，再加上工作就重复了，要么直接说成“辞职”要么说辞去工作、辞掉工作。不能说成“辞职工作”
