What is the meaning of the expression, "Eye to Eye" ?
I saw someone had written the following:
"... and eye to eye if we ever meet again."

To see eye to eye means to be in total agreement. Your example is not complete so usage context may be missing.

I agree with Derrick, maybe if you could post up the whole sentence, and maybe the sentence before and after too. That would help :)
