"Drink on" means "continue drinking". The next four names refer to alcoholic drinks (Jameson's Irish whiskey, Jack Daniel's bourbon whiskey, Guinness stout and Johnnie Walker scotch).

Well, Im not sure about your first question. But diving in means something like... jumping in. like dive in the pool. Skydiving: when people jump out of an airplane. In this case, diving in could mean many things. like if it's a song and the singer says: "Dive in" maybe he/she means "sing with me".
