What does "hit a nice restaurant" mean ?
What does "hit a nice restaurant" mean ? and is it common to say ?
I saw one sentence
we try to go out to the beach or hit a nice restaurant, or go to a nice café.
Can I say "we try to go to the beach, a nice café, or hit a nice restaurant

"Hit a nice restaurant" basically means to go to a nice restaurant to eat. It's pretty much English slang, and also it rolls off the tongues more easily.
Instead of saying "we try to go to the beach, a nice café, or hit a nice restaurant", you can rephrase it properly like so: "We can either try going to the beach, a nice café, or hit a nice restaurant." Adding the word "either" allows the reader to understand that these are CHOICES (aaaaaaand it sound nice too).
I hoped that I have helped to answer your question! Have a blessed day!
