"Take a look" and "Have a look" , Are they same? Can I say,
I have dropped you an email. Have a look. OR I have dropped you an email. Take a look.

Yes, they have exactly the same meaning, but usage depends on which variant of English you are speaking.
As a general rule, phrases with 'take a' before a noun are more common in American English. Speakers of British English tend to use 'have a ....' or 'go for a...'. in the same contexts.

Yes, they're the same. Another example is "I'm having a shower" vs "I'm taking a shower".
