Is it ok? 'I felt the ground was shaking.'
Or 'I felt that the ground was shaking.'
Thanks

I felt that the ground was shaking = It was my opinion that the ground shook (others may not agree).
I felt the ground shake = the ground definitely shook, and I felt it

Both would be fine, but I think just saying 'I felt the ground shaking' is most natural. But, again, there is no real problem with either of your sentences. :)
