"This really spoke to me."
The three expressions--struck a chord, resonated, spoke to--all refer to something deep, something important.
In a light, everyday way, speaking of something like a cup of coffee, we might say"that really hit the spot," or "that really scratched my itch," meaning "felt just right," "felt very satisfying."
"Struck a chord," of course, means "have a positive reaction." Another expression, "that really struck a nerve," means a negative reaction. It means the person got angry or upset, perhaps because something revealed a fault or a weakness that they were trying to hide.

You could say "This resonated with me" - same sort of musical metaphor :) It means that you felt connected with something, or that you liked it and related positively to it.
