What's the meaning of "high cost performance"? What's the meaning of "high cost performance"? Does it means price is competitive or reasonable?

Hi ! To me it means that the thing costs a lot of money to be performant. It reminds me of a Formula 1 car that costs a fortune to run. From what I've just seen on Google my understanding is correct. There's an article on Wikipedia about price performance ratio.
