What does "knock off" mean in "knock off the board?
She got knocked off the board a few times, but she really enjoyed the strong winds.

to fall down or fall off of something because of some external force
Ex: She fell from the board because the strong wind was pushing her too much. (She got knocked off the board by the strong wind).
Ex: He moved his hand and knocked the cup off the table. (The cup fell down from the table).
