If you're talking to one person in specific (singular "you"): Hoy quiero presentarte a mi amiga María. If you're talking to more than one person (plural "you"): Hoy quiero presentarles a mi amiga María. Though, it would be more natural to say something like... Te/Les quiero presentar a mi amiga María.

Hi Emma, in Spanish (from Spain) there are many options: -If you're talking to one person (e.g. you are introducing María to Luca) = singular you = "te" Hoy quiero presentarte a mi amiga María. Hoy te quiero presentar a mi amiga María. -If you're talking to one person in a formal way (e.g. you are introducing María to an old person) = singular-formal him= "le" Hoy quiero presentarle a mi amiga María. Hoy le quiero presentar a mi amiga María. -If you're talking to more than one person (e.g. you are introducing María to Luca and Marco) = plural you = "os" Hoy quiero presentaros a mi amiga María. Hoy os quiero presentar a mi amiga María. -If you're talking to more than one person in a formal way (e.g. you are introducing María to two old people) = plural-formal they = les Hoy les quiero presentar a mi amiga María. Hoy quiero presentarles a mi amiga María. I hope it will be useful Regards

You can translate the phrase literary and still make sense but it's very formal: "Hoy quiero introducirte a mi amiga Mary" - so you probably should use the verb "presentar" which is commonly used for this matter "Hoy (te) quiero presentar(te) a mi amiga Mary".
