I know that 細かいお金 stands for small money. Accordingly, how can we say big money in Japanese? (細かくないお金？)

I think 細かいお金 means coins or small bills.
On the contrary you can say 大きいお金, as Michiko already mentioned. But 大きいお金 has another meaning that a large amount of money as well.
