Note: When asking a question, "When I should use there is no and there is not?" Becomes, "When should I use there is no and there is not?"
here I can some examples: "Here are two examples." ("Some" usually means more than two)
there is no room in the refrigerator: This is fine. (Except for punctuation, of course!)
You can also say, "There is not any room in the refrigerator."
there are not enough cake for everyone.: "There are not enough cakes for everyone." I made "cakes" plural, to agree with the verb "to be." If it's only one cake, then "are" becomes "is.'
Since there are at least some cakes, you would not use "no."
Hope this helps. :-)
