out-think, account for Question 1: Ultimately in Enron the fatal flaw was a sense that brains and wiliness could out-think the way that the system will eventually work. What does "out-think" mean? Question 2: We need transparency, and we need to know as Americans what the government is doing in our name so that the surveillance that takes place and the use of that information is democratically accounted for.
