When can I use "their incomes" vs "their income"? AND "their careers" vs "their career". Thank you.

When you talk about several people and each of them has separate, his/her own income and career, then you use plural.
You can say "their income" if you're talking about the total income of a family or a company, common income.
Careers would be plural in almost any context unless you use it as an adjective phrase: "their career development".
