What's the difference between a) and b)?
a) If she'd invited me, I wouldn't have accepted.
b) Even if she'd invited me, I wouldn't have accepted.

1) is just stating, I would not go. 2) is used more emotionally, usually when they feel snubbed or hurt. I.E. My ex-girlfriend did not invite me to her party. People generally use the "even" in the beginning to emphasize that they will not go more based on feelings toward the party inviting them.
