Could you help me?

1) Do you have to repeat the verb in these sentences

"The blow will hurt you more than it WILL me" or "The blow will hurt you more than it WILL HURT me"?

"Why can't I go with him, but I CAN WITH her" or "Why can't I go with him, but I CAN GO WITH her"?

Does neither work?

2) On twitter, a man said about a Spotify ranking: "If the songs' ranking is based on times played, it is a bit off." Why "The songs' ranking"? Shouldn't t be "The song ranking" or "The songs ranking"? Do I need to put an apostrophe ' after songs?

As Armondo wrote - in point 1 - both sentences are correct, but it is not necessary to repeat the verb. For example you could write: "The blow will hurt you more than me" and it would be  ckear what you mean.

Answer

Your first two sentences are both acceptable in english speaking. Songs should be "song's"
